MELVILLE, NEW YORK, November 18, 2008 - FONAR Corporation (NASDAQ-FONR), The Inventor of MR Scanning™, announced today that it is not interested in entering into a merger or other agreement with Diversified Lending Group, Inc. whereby Diversified would acquire all of the stock of FONAR Corporation.
